Terms of Service

1. Subscription

CloudScrub is sold exclusively through the Microsoft commercial marketplace. Your subscription is governed by the Microsoft Marketplace standard contract plus these terms.

2. Scope of service

CloudScrub scans the Azure subscriptions and GitHub organisations you connect, surfaces waste candidates, and (with your one-click confirmation) issues remediation calls back to those services. We do not act on your data without an explicit user action.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not connect Azure subscriptions you are not authorised to administer.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, throttle, or overload our service.

4. SLA

Target uptime 99.5% per calendar month. Service credit equal to 10% of the affected month’s fee if uptime falls below the target. Credits are issued via Marketplace adjustment.

5. Liability

Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime from the Microsoft marketplace. We may suspend service for material breach with 30 days’ notice.

7. Governing law

Hong Kong SAR law. Disputes settled in Hong Kong courts unless mandatory local law of the customer’s home jurisdiction provides otherwise.
