CloudScrub Terms of Service
Effective: August 23, 2026
CloudScrub is provided by 广州市音菲尼科技有限公司, a company registered in Mainland China. By purchasing or using the service, the customer accepts these terms and applicable Microsoft Marketplace transaction terms. Contact: luna.zheng@gzinfini.cn.
Service and license
An active Marketplace subscription grants a non-transferable right to use the SaaS within plan capacity and reasonable-use limits. The Pro trial is time-limited and feature-limited and may be used once per Entra tenant.
Charges and estimates
Microsoft Marketplace handles charges, renewals, and refund rules. Official Azure Cost Management data may be delayed. Sponsorship balances, month-end projections, potential savings, and minute-level risk signals are governance estimates—not invoices, credit balances, or payment commitments. Microsoft billing records are authoritative.
Customer responsibilities and permissions
Customers must be authorized to access their Azure tenant, subscriptions, and data and must grant only necessary permissions. Global Administrator does not automatically provide Subscription access. Any write remediation must be previewed and confirmed by an authorized user, who is responsible for assessing impact and retaining backups.
Acceptable use
Customers must not bypass quotas or tenant isolation, probe other customers, abuse trials, attack the service, upload unlawful content, or perform unauthorized Azure operations. We may suspend access to address a security risk and retain necessary audit evidence.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is and does not promise to detect every cost, security, availability, or configuration issue. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or business-interruption losses. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Cancellation and data
Customers may cancel through Marketplace. Product access then stops; paid customers receive a 30-day full-export window. The Pro trial does not include export and its data is deleted after seven days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Governing law and disputes
Subject to mandatory Microsoft Marketplace terms and applicable consumer protections, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in Mainland China, and disputes are submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in Mainland China.

服务与许可
在有效 Marketplace 订阅、套餐容量和合理使用限制内，客户获得不可转让的 SaaS 使用权。试用是 Pro 套餐的限时、功能受限状态；同一 Entra 租户仅可使用一次。
费用与估算声明
Microsoft Marketplace 负责收费、续订和退款规则。Azure 官方 Cost Management 数据可能延迟；赞助订阅金额、月末预测、潜在节省和分钟级风险信号均为治理估算，不是发票、信用余额或付款承诺，最终账单以 Microsoft 为准。
客户责任与权限
客户负责取得 Azure 租户、订阅和数据的合法授权，并仅授予所需最小权限。Global Administrator 不自动拥有 Subscription 权限。任何写入修复均须由授权用户预览和确认；客户应在执行前评估业务影响并保留必要备份。
可接受使用
不得绕过配额或租户隔离、探测其他客户、滥用试用、攻击服务、上传违法内容或使用服务实施未授权 Azure 操作。出现安全风险时，我们可临时暂停访问并保留必要审计证据。
可用性与责任
服务按现状提供，不承诺检测全部成本、安全、可用性或配置问题。在法律允许范围内，不对间接、偶发或业务中断损失负责；强制性消费者权利不受影响。
取消与数据
客户可通过 Marketplace 取消。取消后产品访问停止；付费客户有 30 天完整数据导出期，Pro 试用不包含导出并在 7 天后执行删除。详细规则见隐私政策。
适用法律与争议解决
在 Microsoft Marketplace 强制适用条款及消费者保护规定允许的范围内，本条款适用中国大陆法律，争议提交中国大陆有管辖权的人民法院处理。
